1. Can I modify or cancel my order?  

We strive to process orders as soon as possible but can cancel or modify within 24 hours. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order.

2. I just placed my order, has it shipped already? 

“We’re right on top of that Rose.” We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.  Check out our shipping page for more deets.

3. My order is a gift, how does that work? 

Don’t stress.  Just select the gift option at checkout and leave a message if you’d like.  We’ll remove any price tags and make it snazzy.
