Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping

UPMARKET currently ships to all 50 states within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by UPMARKET, a refund will be issued in full.

Shipping, processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business, and are available at support@shopupmarket.com to help with anything you might need.

UPMARKET does not guarantee delivery dates as those are based on carrier constraints. UPMARKET is not responsible for delayed orders based on weather or mechanical issues. You must contact the carrier for any delivery related issues.


Returns

Brick & Mortar

New and unworn/unused items purchased at the UPMARKET brick & mortar location are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All items must be noticeably unused and all original tags must be attached. Receipt or gift receipt is needed for return. The UPMARKET team must be notified within 10 days of the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit for any reason.  


Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund or store credit within 10 days. For local pickup orders that are not collected within 7 days will be canceled & refunded to the original form of payment ( minus 10% restocking fee).  


Online

New and unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for a full refund or store credit. The UPMARKET team must be notified within 15 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. We will then authorize the return and send you a shipping label. We're unable to take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. Online returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for arranging equivalent packaging (both external box and protective materials). Fragile items that were not properly repackaged and arrive to us damaged will not be refunded. Your original packing slip must also be included.

Once received and inspected, you will receive an email letting you know if your return was accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.


Final Sale Policy


Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, some health & personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), face masks, sale items, final sale items, earrings, custom made and special order items.
